Refund or exchange can be initiated only in extreme cases such as damaged, incorrect, or missing products after proper verification of the refund policy.

  1. ZOORI JEWELS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any damage after delivery. In case of missing, broken, or incorrect items, an unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory. If the package is tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery immediately.
