Zoori does not process refunds directly to your original payment method. Once your cancellation or refund request has been reviewed and approved by our admin team, the eligible refund amount will be credited to your Zoori Wallet.

The amount credited to your Zoori Wallet can be used towards your next purchase on Zoori . Wallet credits cannot be transferred to a bank account or withdrawn as cash.
